Where are you at with support tickets

Went through the anger stage and submittal stage. I'm currently now going through the denial stage. Acceptance of rejection stage is pending for tomorrow.
Seriously though... It seems like silence is all we are going to get on these. Hoping I'm wrong.

Ticket 81601 and only received the automated response. That ticket was submitted on 4/30

I've filed about 14 tickets now. Only heard the sound of crickets, although I know 5 of the bugs I found have been fixed as I saw them in the release notes. Seems like if they are issues that affect multiple users they will fix them, yet any individual issues.....they aren't going to fix them.

Nobody has gotten a response to anything. I’m expecting them in a stream to address it by saying “Sorry we haven’t addressed the tickets yet - But you know, Covid stuff.”

I have sent 3 tickets with no response. I still, and have never been able to, log onto Diamond Dynasty. I can do moments but when I hit Diamond Dynasty it gives me the "unhandled exception error" and says I cannot logon the servers.
I would call Sony and demand a refund

I put in a ticket 4/20 54XXX and still haven't received a response other than the initial ticket received. I even replied to it 3 times and still nothing.

Mine was 4/28 ticket #74502 haven’t heard anything back. Lost 37,614 stubs on a transaction that I didn’t get. Recorded it so I have proof in case they need to see it

Tickets 73k & 89k. Just missing a collection reward(Dee Strange-Gordon) that I didn't lock in which will prohibit me from completing the NL East, NL, and MLB live series collections.

But I thought the thank you bundle or whatever it’s called was suppose to make everything better. It was meant to distract everyone from all the cards and stubs that magically disappeared and hope you forgot about it.

Still haven't heard anything from the ticket filed on Apr 16th. SDS at this point is giving the IRS a run for being completely worthless with replying.
