They even have a aetting for it to turn on and off what you mean they don’t have it? The only question is if online has it or not

Well good thing the Casual, Simulation, and Competitive settings are only for offline modes. Online is automatically set to competitive. That is the discussion here.

Lol that’s not the same thing at all. The DDA talked about in-game (offline) is if you’re dominating Veteran, they’ll move you up to Allstar (faster pitch speeds, smaller PCI). It’s got nothing to do with what people are claiming (errors by your fielders when you’re in lead, jammed hits galore). What they are saying is when you’re winning, the game will start to favour the team thats trailing and nerf the winning team

That’s not what the offline DDA is? Cause in madden they have a patent and it 100% is in online play, and it tilts the game one way for sure from time to time.

Do you know what a patent is? EA has exclusive rights to DDA. So of course you are going to see it in Madden, FIFA, and NHL. We are talking about this game here

No like I said, the offline DDA is to make it competitive for you, tailor it to your skill level. If you’re dominating in Veteran difficulty, they’ll move it up to Allstar difficulty. If you dominate there, they’ll move up the difficulty to HoF

I wouldn’t question whether DDA existed if I didn’t routinely square up with good timing (many Perfects) resulting in flyouts and line outs. And then my opponent who swings at every pitch and Ks close to 20 times in a game, then hits a home run on a ball off the plate with early timing. If you don’t like the term DDA then insert whatever word you want to call it. But clearly the game is coded to aid the worse opponent in many situations.

There's 100% dda in this game. They can deny it all they want but all you have to do is watch the game and pay attention. I can usually tell whether a play will be made when it is hit depending on the score. For instance, a ball in the hole at SS. If you are winning, 9/10 times that runner will be safe. If losing, the SS will get the quick throw animation. No different than the dribbler on the infield or a thousand other scenarios. This is why when you are in the lead, you take no chances on the bases and have to make sure your guy will 100% make it. You have to factor that the relay will be very quick.
I must be f* terrible at the game if I’m 23-3 with two disconnect losses. DDA must always be in my favour right?
Yeah last night played a guy who couldn’t hit for sh!t; struck him out 19 times with Eovaldi, while I struck out maybe 5-6 times against Rodon. He hit a 2 run shot after a lag triple (single that my CF was not anywhere near after teleporting) in the first. Going by DDA , I should have come back and won since I trailed, but all I hit were wet noodles flyouts and 2 p/p lineouts in the 8th. I rarely come back except if the P is tired or I just get results reflecting actual contacts made, or if he becomes predictable. Where’s my DDA??

I would not say DDA exists in MLB, but its possible. More the RNG can really be against you or for you. Agree that we tend to not notice when it helps us, but when it is against you it is frustrating as hell.

Yes, and for the same reason Apple doesn't give Samsung permission to use the IOS operating system, or you need a workaround to use Microsoft office on MacBooks, companies don't sell patents or rights to use to their direct competition

They do in my field. I do not think "DDA" is in game, I do think RNG can be very biased depending on the situation

This guy gets it. DDA is like saying Kleenex. A facial tissue is the same thing as Kleenex.
When money is involved in these games, you better believe the developer is going to do what they can to keep those dollars coming in.
Last year’s game balancing was pure stupidity and this year isn’t much better.
Think about the perks that are in showdowns. They are literally throwing it out in the open that things can be adjusted pitch to pitch.

Youtubers make this game not even worth playing online. Saw a video last night of a zoom in trick (on strike zone cam) that makes hitting unstoppable.

Correct, I use dynamic difficulty offline. Currently my pitching is on all-star and my hitting is on veteran. I'm better at pitching than batting so I have moved up faster in that aspect.

No what's appalling is circle swing being so OP. Every scrub out there right now has 300 plus BA
