Online Rated is Broken

I been playing MLBTheShow for many of years, This year with Cross Play Enabled all of the Online Ranked Games have been recorded as Playing Friends. I haven't played any friends but yet it does not register the W/L record at all, I page over to friends and it shows all of the games I played. Is this a bug???
I did try to remedy by turning off Cross Play, but yet it still does not register correctly. It still thinks I'm playing friends. Anyone experience this as well?? Is there a way to correct this?? -
You're probably looking in the wrong place like I was at first. Click on the icon in the Top Left hand corner on the first screen when the game loads up. You'll find it inside of there.

I also have the same problem. I don't have any friends in this game. Have played 14 online rated games and still my universal profile shows cero games played and does not show previous years as it did before.So my record is 13-1 and it does not show anywhere. This is the worst version of the Show ever!
