Lost my DD team

Bought the 100 dollar version of the game. Built my diamond dynasty team up then logged on one day to see my team was gone. I had to completely restart my diamond dynasty team. I’ve tried to reach out to San Diego studios twice, any advice ?

Just wait it out. I’m still awaiting resolution on a ticket I filed the Sunday following early release. No response yet.....

Did you make any changes here in the forum? I linked my PSN account with MLB the Show and lost my DD team. I had to come back here ans unlink them in the My Account screen.
