Picking a second position

I started a new career as a catcher only but it will not let me pick a second position. Do I ever get to pick one?

From what I've seen it will always be a pitcher even if you dont ever pitch. They keep asking every couple months if I want to be a 2way player again. Super annoying.

Like the other poster said, you are locked into pitcher as secondary even if you tell them 10 times like I have that you don’t want to pitch, the never give you an option to add second position.
