All progress and stubs lost..... already unlinked no luck HELP!!

I linked my ps5 account to my mlb the show account all good until I linked my Xbox account then all progress was lost. Over 300k stubs and a team full of diamonds I tried unlinking and relinking no luck. I tried unlinking the Xbox account no luck, I unlinked all accounts no luck put in multiple tickets and no response It’s been almost a week and I’m debating taking the L and starting over on the new account but if I do and my stuff can be restored will both accounts sync or will I have to chose?
