I finally got Buxton!! Also have Trout in LF. How is Ohtani for everyone? Seriously thinking about selling Acuna and putting Ohtani in that spot.

I know it differs for everyone but Ohtani has been great for me. Great power, great speed and good fielding. Wouldn't be such a bad idea. My OF is Ohtani, Trout and Buxton, left to right.

I love that Ohtani card. I’ve hit so many HR’s with him since adding him to my lineup.
The Buxton is amazing too. If he gets on base, he almost always ends up scoring.

You might wanna keep Trout in center. Moving him will give him a silver fielding shield rating whereas Buxton keeps his diamond wherever he goes

Ohtani is great but I can’t bench Doby, Buxton, or Finley for him

Right now my OF is Ohtani-san in Left, Acuna in CF and Buxton in Right with Griffey coming off the Bench.
I can't bring to move Acuna - that card just feels so good imo

Right now Im saving for Acuna but his price just keeps rising. Ill get him only because I need to finish the NL LS set but I just don't see why everyone loves him. I do like Ohtani, swing is smooth and I like that speed. Defense has not been an issue yet. He is definitely going to hold down LF for a while until Acuna drops to at least 175k. I passed on Buxton just so I could finish the AL side and get Ortiz. I have a bunch of those free TA guys rotating in RF.

They love him because he’s a great card. Max Arm , elite speed , excellent bat , excellent defense. For me with parallels he almost always inside edged to 97 ovr too.

Buxton is easy to get out, Easy to pitch to.

I have Ruth LF, Mays in CF and the Kid in RF. If I put Ruth at 1B I will put Buxton in the OF. for now Buxton is on my Bench.

So Ohtani > Acuna is the general consensus? I just see how much Acuna is going for and it’s hard for me to hold on to him if he’s only marginally better than Ohtani.

I mean I'd love to have Acuna, but I'm more than happy with Ohtani. I'd say having Ohtani and the stubs you could get for Acuna outweighs just having Acuna.
