I'm not talking glitches. What mode delivers the most xp per time spent? Ranked Season? Conquest games? Or just do play CPU? Seems like Moments dont give a lot of xp. Which would be same with Showdown when the 2nd inning one goes live. I've been working Conquest games but there is a lot of time wasted simulating the territories between the strongholds.

I have all the conquest maps done, which is kind of a bummer because that's probably my favorite mode. I have all the moments done that have been out so far too. I don't play too much online early in the season, so I'll be playing quite a bit against the CPU to try to get my parallels up and some of the repeatable conquest map. It's a relatively quick way to get 3 free packs.

I maxed at 650K XP for the first inning, but there was more content to accomplish. Now that I've done all the moments and conquests the XP grind is def taking longer for this second inning.

I use my CAP who is a SP while I grind conquest. If you keep an eye on your architec program, I believe this is one of the most efficient ways to make xp. Plus you can get some diamond equipment along the way. Curious to see what other people do too.

Yeah I started focusing on this again yesterday, except I have the SP archetypes done so working on my RP who I bring in after I pinch hit for the pitcher 1st time through the order.

Yeah I was doing some of the same yesterday. Working on TA innings also which helps. Just wondering how I make it to 650k. It seems so much slower than the first inning even before the double xp and that was even with the crappy servers to deal with.

Doesn't matter what you play. Only a certain percentage of what you earn is counting away.

May as well use the glitches. That way you make up for what's not counting.

straight up playing - Showdown likely the way to go - as long as you are not 100% everywhere

Play vs cpu, showdown and conquest give you good xp. If you play bad online you’ll get [censored] for xp. I feel like I’ve barely played this inning and I’m close to 100k. I’ll finish it in time and I’m sure they’ll add more stuff to the program for xp points

Agreed. Just play. I'm at almost 140k playing about 10 hours total since the 2nd inning started.

vs. CPU gets you 9-10k xp for a 9 ing. game even on rookie
Plus lots of team affinity xp.
Even a better way to go if you have an RTTS player to level up. He gets bonus xp in DD games.
Pitchers especially just rack up the xp bonuses

I REALLY don’t want to glitch, but after plwyhg three full games tonight and a TA showdown and getting under 20k xp it’s really tempting.

I do have to ask....how much do you score? I won 19-1 with 21k’s and only got 5.8k

Interesting because I played two not long before posting that message got just under 10k for one and about 10.6k for the other. The scores were around 18-0 each game.

I'm not sure how the xp is accumulated but I hit 6-7 homers in each. I can't remember how many hits I had each game which could matter.
Also never struck out either game which might matter a bit.

What could be important is that I threw perfect games in both games so I'm sure that mattered for a nice chunk each time.

I usually play vs. CPU on HOF so when I do rookie just for xp, I make sure I'm visitors to get the max. at bats and I pitch a different pitcher each inning just for the fun of it and because it works towards their parallel tiers a bit.
So the starter 1 ing. and all 8 relievers pitch as well. Maybe a bonus for that? Seems odd there would be who knows!

I had over 20 k's each game and I assume there's extras points for that as well but you also did that.

So it sounds like our games were similar except for the perfect games. But that would mean a perfect game is worth quite a lot of xp.
I would be curious to see how much difference it would have been for you if you hadn't allowed a run. Maybe more then we would think.
