Dealing with the same issue. Even uninstalled the entire game and re-installed hoping it would overwrite whatever is causing this. No luck.
Like others, I also don't want to sim through the bleeping World Series but not sure if I can handle ignoring my file for several days.

An entire weekend went by without a fix and not even an acknowledgement. Looks like much more people reported the issue on Twitter and Reddit over the weekend, and the fact that this is one of the most-viewed threads (if not, THE most-viewed) in the entire forum is glaring.
Please keep bumping this thread and fill out the bug form. For me, RTTS is unplayable because of this.

Yea I was wondering if it was fixed or not.. I played in 1 WS and decided to Sim the next which is the one I got stuck and it wouldn't load and today I got bounced in the playoffs so I wasn't able to make it back and see if it was still messed up

It’s Been Patched And I Won The Big Dance. But Honestly We As Paying Customers Shouldn’t Have To Tolerate Unresponsive Companies Who Take Care Of Critical Problems At There Own Leisure.
