Really Need Help -Lost All My Stubs and Progrress

Good Morning,
I just created an account on theshow.com , linked it to my playstation and now all diamond Dynasty progress is gone, stubs, cards, everything !
What did I do wrong ?

If you un-link it should all come back. At least that is what they stated in the pinned message about it.

"UPDATE: Log into the Show Account you created and you should see the red "unlink" buttons. This should unlink your account and your progress should be restored to what it was before the linking."

I appreciate the help but I have been frantically trying to unlink - This is what it tells me under linked accounts ...but I am already logged in ???

"Linked Accounts
To unlink any of these accounts, please login to your MLB The Show Account."

Try logging out and then back in.
