Personally the pci is fine imo on hof but tough when you run into someone who uses pinpoint pitching with great control. I was on a nice streak and seeing the ball well but ran into someone who almost never missed hitting the outside perfectly with a cutter.

I have a CAP with 119 contact and 99 Jackie with 121 contact and they both have a minuscule PCI on HOF, comparable to that of a pitcher hitting on All-Star against LS Max Scherzer.

This is especially concerning, seeing as it is an endgame hitter versus an early-game pitcher. If it's this small right now, imagine how small it will be once cards with 120 h/9 and k/9 start dropping, ridiculous.

There's no reason 120 contact should look this small against a LS pitcher on HOF. The PCI sizes on HOF seem more suitable for legend. The probably is AS is huge and HOF is so small, and there's no in between.

HOF PCI needs to be bigger.

I like the increased pitch speed and small pci. Maybe if cutters need sinkers weren’t wiffle ball pitches......

Try contact swinging. It normalizes the pci size. Seems to help find gaps and the ball can even still leave the park with a contact swing.

Is that what these guys are doing? I’ve seen way more painted pitches this year. Not a fan of it. It’s annoying af.

These dbags also have found a way to almost never strike out while taking garbage bad timing swings with poorly placed pci on pitches two feet out of the zone.

Not exactly sure how they do it, but it is really a shame the game allows it.

Literally the type of game I'm talking about. I know the pci feedback after the pitch is supposedly off but so many times even his outer pci was off and fouling off everything for 10+ pitch at bats and then would homer lol

But yeah pinpoint pitching if you can do it is apparently way more consistent and accurate.

To be fair, the PCI feedback is not accurate; you can see how the guy swings and how hard the ball i[censored], and the feedback says the opposite

Regardless of the pci feedback you can tell they are are way off of it and the timing is typically accurate. The [censored] are bouncing in front of the plate or almost hitting them and they foul it off.

Yeah, you can tell when they lunge at a pitch 3 ft outside and barely tip it foul. I know the exact type of player you're talking about. It's frustrating.

It is funny that all the mistimed swings go foul but as soon as they line one up it’s laced for a bomb or gapped. It’s garbage....I played a game of RS on HOF and the guy I played struck out 25 times playing with normal players. He probably wasn’t very experienced, but I’d rather see that than ten million foul [censored] when people aren’t swinging well.

People saying “it’s a you issue”, it’s just a lazy take to have and you’re just worried they’ll mess something else up. In reality I’m a decent enough player who usually is in the CS area and I can recognize when the game simply plays poorly

HoF PCIs honestly don't feel too different than they were in 20. The game plays pretty well to me, was able to go 16-0 before getting my first L.

Lmao the game doesn’t play poorly

You must be upset after a few losses, I get it. But pci size on HOF is fine, you just need to practice more my friend

Put up 14 in 5 innings off the 96 Tom Glavine on HOF, it’s not impossible to hit
