I can’t see where to redeem them step by step help please

go to the team affinity program, pick the division you want and then the bottom option you can redeem them, same place where you can do the exchanges.

Programs > Team Affinity > [Division] > Exchanges(Bottom) > Exchange Tickets(Bottom two)
I do wonder why these kinds of things aren't in the other menus as well. These should have an option in the exchange menu, just like the collections for player programs should also be in the collection menu
