Diamond Dynast Cards & STUBS GONE

Haven't played the game since week one & turned it on to notice my game save is gone including all the cards i had pulled with the stubs i bought from week one. The game save is not in the cloud on the PSN so what do i do in order to get reimbursed for the stubs spent & lost?
