ETA on Support Ticket Responses? I’m at 9 and 11 days now

I understand that SDS is probably inundated with support tickets, but some acknowledgement and a rough time estimate would be nice to at least let us know where they are in the process. At what point do I re-submit the tickets assuming that they got lost in the deluge?

They don’t care. I have two in from 9 and 18 days ago with no response.

They are literally stealing from people.
