This is so true. I hope he travels well now, I mean the path he is taking is wider than the Eisenhower tunnel.

Anyone have any tips on ways to combat this if there even is a way. I don't give up a ton of solid contact but I give up a huge amount of bloop hits that seem to be impossible to defend against. Super discouraging to make a good pitch only for someone to get rewarded 8 times in a game for bad contact. Do I just have to pitch to contact and hope people dont send it to the moon?

yeah hitting is [censored] this year but at least its not as bad as the servers

I give them up too, especially seeing eye grounders but it means my pitch worked and as long as they don’t do it 3 times in a row , it is what is. Though normally if they hit two Texas leaguers or dribblers for hits, I expect them to yack next at bat especially in late innings. Seems like a theme in my games

DUDE! this happens to me all the time. anywhere from the 6th-8th innings ill give up back to back jammed bloop hits. Next batter will come up and foul off 6 pitches on a 0-2 count then hit a nuke

If anyone wants to be on the giving end of bloop hits rather than the receiving end, I'm using Korey Lee at catcher right now and he's been a bloop hit machine.
