That's he problem. There is constant complaining over the smallest things that when there is actually a big issue it gets watered down. People still missing stubs they paid for, the servers, and large issues like this should have better communication. Coming out and saying there is no need to speculate the team is working hard was a bad move, IMO. Say something better or continue to say nothing. All that did was toss a few logs on the fire.

Look, is there whining about things that are stupid...absolutely... but you don’t openly mock your customer base about it like they do.
I work for a big bank...there are a lot of legitimate complaints about big banks. However, a lot of the stuff you see people complaining about is stupid and their own fault (how did i overdraft when I spent 100 dollars when I only had 50!) But we dont mock them, tell them not to speculate, etc.
It’s horrendous and smug customer service.

Some of it might be true. Everyone knows [censored] well that a lot of customers of any company are stupid. It doesn’t mean you openly mock them and the issues right now are 100% legitimate.

It goes both ways. Community wants to dish it out but cry when it's put back at them. You can be upset and help fix the problem or or can cry and throw your dodo at the wall.

The stream in question occurred during the 2019 All Star game weekend when Spooer was doing some quick twitch hits. I don't recall what the issue was but the chat at the time was doing something I don't recall what but it was annoying. In am unfortunate event a twitch went live and caught some of the then Sony Parteners and Ramone in a candid moment saying what everyone thinks out loud. It was a mistake no one really ever acknowledged it occurred but at the same time it something that shouldn't have happen. Overall no one was really hurt or it seemed but clearly there are some in here that have not chosen to let it go.

I never witnessed the video and while they may have had a point I just find it crazy unprofessional for someone in Ramone's position to be talking [censored] about the fan base in front of community partners. Granted, from what I've read the partners seemed to agree with him but its still unbelievably unprofessional.

I am wondering what the heck we are speaking of? I went to the dev posts and unless they deleted a message of his then I don't see anything that is nearly as bad as people in this thread are talking about.
You can be disappointed by his standard customer service non-answers but is seems like now people want to take offense to them like he had some sinister motive for posting it. Seems kind of silly.

I agree to an extent,
All that video did was prove that the Parteners and the developers did think the community was toxic.
Now they didn't know they where being filmed and the worst thing they said was about being toxic on a scale of bad things to say that's way down there.
I am not defending what happen I am just stating facts
