I’d agree if the timing window wasn’t inconsistent and if the feedback based on placement was more consistent. I’m not an elite player, but I’m pretty decent, and still hitting plenty, yet I can tell you the the feedback and timing windows are off. I’ll keep playing though in hopes that the timing windows are adjusted to be more consistent.
Edit... the inconsistencies for me might be based on input lag, but not 100% certain since it seems to change in at-bats. Also, the timing window on pitches away seems super off. I wonder if that’s other players are experiencing as well.

The game has seen some quality improvements this year especially in the presentation department. I hope you guys continue to expand on this in the future. As far as pitching, hitting and fielding go, keep striving towards realistic gameplay.
Here's an idea for you, go to play now, select 2 teams, move your controller back to the middle of the screen, start the game, watch for an hour. That's what you want so do that and don't speak to online play.
Get better at the game.
only 14-1 overall right now, I know not all of us can hit .250, maybe i'll be able to reach that level one day

Can't do much better than 1 loss every 15 games lol I know it's hard for you to comprehend though with that .500 record and .250 average because if you can't hit .330 nobody else should be able to amirite?? lol

What a great way to look even worse than people that play online at a high level. I know it’s a victory for you that people are frustrated and can’t hit as well, but it’s an extremely small victory, because you can already play however you want. You can even create your own difficulty with sliders offline. The fact you need this to feel good about yourself screams you don’t actually enjoy the product yourself and instead look else where.
If you think an online player would care enough to even comment on offline players losing or gaining more sliders you are confused, much like you are about the patch. This is meant to help people that don’t enjoy online, and has nothing to do with people that enjoy offline, NEITHER of which are you. You are the extremely rare breed that cares more about getting attention from the players who don’t play the game the exact same way as you.
Simmer down there sonny, I was messing with him. He said the same thing to me the other day, so I was just repeating it back at him. I couldn’t quite understand your offline/online talk but I play both.

Not being an offline player I wouldn't speak on offline issues and how I think offline should run, I wish that offline players would take the same approach to online, if you think the issue is the actual act of hitting being too hard is what people are complaining about then you really don't know and should probably stay in your own arena...

There's no real way to counter an SDS shill, but most of the people complaining (including me) have been World Series player since DD started the concept.
