Just curious. Was considering digging the ps4 out the closet. Are programs this year time gated again?

The way the game is right now, I wouldn't bother but yes, the innings have times on them

No , not like 18. You can go after whatever you want. But the innings program ( battle pass style)expires when the next one starts so you’d have to buy the players if you want them
There some you have acquire a card to do, but those starter cards are available or in the Xp path
