Just play OOTP baseball

Just saying if any of you have never played it. And as bad as this game is in its current state and how long it will probably be this way. If previous years are any indication. Seems like a good year to dive into OOTP if you haven't before. Its a great game, i've found myself playing over the show for 2 years now.
I used to love the show, I've bought it since at least 08. And putting money into the game even before DD. Sure you can't actually "play" your games in OOTP but seems like you can't in TheShow21 either. They are definitely different kind of games. But trust me its an amazing officially licensed MLB simulation.

I've played every single OOTP since the first one in 1999. (I review them.)
I would like to play an action-simulation once in a while.

I agree, I love still playing the show usually. Just seems a lot of people I know never tried OOTP and once they did they fell in love. We actually have a league, with a couple old MLB pitchers.

Last year's turned me off because the pitching was broken. You could be the worst pitcher in the world but so long as you had 5 pitches, you dominated.
