It doesn’t really matter. They don’t respond. They don’t address issues. I’ve defended them plenty of times, but this year is absolutely ridiculous.

Yeah, I got disconnected in the middle of a conquest game I've already won 4 times.

I'm not sure how it works with games crashing being disconnected. But for websites if a website is getting lots of traffic and it keeps crashing they increase the size of the servers to be able to handle the extra traffic. Wouldn't there be something similar for games

Doesn't work. As another poster said, they still don't respond. I've even sent a DM to support at PlayStation and crickets. At this point I'm done complaining, and will seriously consider not purchasing next year. Unfortunately, that's what it might take to get a response.

This is the only thing that will implement any change. Stop buying the product because of whatever the issue. Sadly most will complain and then buy it again. Insanity

It doesn't matter what you do, they will not respond. They are making themselves worse than EA and that is something I thought I'd never see.
