Refund for broken game

SDS: how do I get a refund for this broken, bug/glitched plagued game? I’ve lost soooo many games, XP, stubs and especially time due to server errors and freezes. This is unacceptable at this point since the release and even with the patches the game only seems to have gotten worse. We put a lot of time money and effort into your product and I’m curious to know how you all plan to rectify all this. The game is virtually unplayable in my opinion. Lastly, my son bought the XBox One version and the game is so bad due to lag, frame rate and all issues mentioned above. He cannot even get through a game because of the lag...how can he get a refund from a digital copy???? That console version is an embarrassment. I’m sorry but it’s aggravating when you enjoy the game so much when it’s playing the way it’s intended to be.

They won't answer you about a refund.
Only thing you can do is contact PS support and they'll tell you if you're eligible for s refund.
Your son will have to call Xbox Support.

I guess I just need to count myself lucky and knock on wood... servers haven't cost me a single stub or victory in anything I have done. I'm almost certainly not getting the right amount of XP, but I would rather that be the case than losing progress/wins in showdowns, conquest, etc... For the most part I've been able to play the game. And when the servers go down I just go about my business.

Im assuming you contact Playstation? I dont think posting on a forum will get you a refund. Unless you're like 95% of the other people asking for a refund that dont actually want a refund and just want to complain.

Depends. If he bought the game on the 29th; they will give him a refund up until tomorrow. (They will refund anything bought within 14 days of purchase) without any effect on an account.
After the 14 days is up you would have to file a dispute with your bank or credit card company. But if you do that, and it's approved, PS will pick that PSN account.

They won't address any issues I've been ripped for multiple cards in various ways with 2 week old tickets w absolutely zero response I'm 1 step away from challenging all charges to my card for this worthless product
