Not being rewarded with 1st inning Mickey Mantle Player

Hi everyone, new to the forums, hoping maybe someone could answer the following question. I am doing the 1st inning Mickey Mantle on MLB the Show 21 and have completed everything but not getting the completed award for the Josh Hader moment. I have completed it multiple times, but I am not getting the points and the Mantle reward. I recorded and have a link to the video below that shows it being completed, but then when I exit, it goes back to the main menu and it's not giving the points.

Any help you all can suggest would be greatly appreciated.
