Yes, that is a real bug just introduced in the latest update. I filed a build along with the video that shows the issue. This will be a very expensive bug for users, and has already cost me a few thousand stubs.

My god, they need to give everyone a ton of stubs and Xp. How much have they shorted the player base at this point?
I’d also imagine this will male flipping harder if sale now aren’t processing right.

People have lost hundreds of thousands in stubs I am sure, if not more. It is a very subtle bug. I filed it with video. Hopefully it will get fixed ASAP.

All the lost xp.On the lost XP....they have to be figuring out a strategy to figure it out. It wouldn't surprise me if they just blanket give everyone 650k for the first inning. It punishes us that got 650k already, yet I suspect a blanket fix like this is the only real answer.
What they should do is tier the lost XP.
Ie .... if player has 100k in xp ... give them 450k xp
if player has 200k in xp .... give them 600 xp
if player has 300k in xp ... give them 650xp
Any player that has over 400xp in the inning gets 60k in stubs and 1 90+ diamond cardThe approach above rewards everyone. They could do this with SQL code fairly easily with greater than and less than queries and updates. It would take them only about 2 hours to fix the issue for everyone. It's just finding the ranges, and flipping bits on the backend to activate the relevant rewards which SDS can do as they always do this when they drop content on the various days.

I thought about this a little more, and this bug actually could get SDS in legal trouble. This constitutes the definition of negligence and is tied into possible financial truncations (people buying more stubs due to an error in the game). This is a broken product w/o a remedy for the user ....and that introduces potential legal issues for SDS.
This isn't like other bugs, and is far more serious and they need to fix it ASAP and remedy the issue or they leave themselves legally vulnerable. The servers crashing is also a big issue for them, and there are legal remedies possible for that issue as well.

100% agree, the shills will think youre crazy bc 'its just a game bro'..but this game is costing people REAL money. I have seen lawsuits for a lot less in gaming

Imagine you buy stubs, get lucky, and pull two Tatis. You seem there is only like 2 k spread so you hit sale now and you only get 5 k.
Yeah, this crosses into real life money being taken.

Wow, you sound like that dbag with his noobs... you’re still here complaining and making up conspiracy theories; I know the servers are [censored] for now so I don’t spend a single penny until it’s working as intended. 1 week? 2? June? Later? Who knows and I’m frustrated too, but I stay away from the broken stuff until it’s fixed.
They’re not going to compensate until it is up and running and they can tally the overall damage. Why compensate now, then keep getting hit with server errors for another 2 weeks? The likes of you will only come up with something like “they’re buying our silence!!”

You make yourself sound more and more childish everytime you say that. Some people you've called shills are literally people trying to give you an alternative until things are fixed. Instead you'd rather just keep crying that it should just be fixed and you shouldn't be losing stuff. Your right, you shouldn't be losing stuff but your choices are don't play at all until it's fixed or use the alternatives to the bugs that people try giving you. Crappy choices but those are still the only choices at the moment.

I had written an algorithm where if the word "shill" showed up more than once in a thread, I'd have to stop by and see who is talking about me.
