Collection rewards disappearing

Every time I complete a collection somehow I end up losing 1 to 2 players from it and it takes away the reward player. Has happened on all complete sets.

Are you sure that the 40 man roster did not change? Do you still have credit for collecting the set? Just curious, as this happened to me all last year too. I would go back and a team would have new cards and my old ones would be gone. Usually commons though.

Still waiting on a response as to what happened to mine. I'm convinced it's the database crash they still haven't addressed properly.

Have yet to hear back myself. Missing purchased cards as well as cards from the Affinity choice pack. Sent my original ticket the 24th with proof and still no response. I'm not sure they've acknowledged this issue publicly either. Pretty frustrating that after plugging hundreds into the game to finish collections I can't even do it.

I am interested in this as well. So far, I haven't noticed rewards players disappearing, but every team I have completed has a few players missing from the complete set. Each team (that I haven't completed yet) also has one or two players (normally commons) that do not have any for sell and buy offers up to $1000. How can these teams be completed if the cards are not even available? I have wondered if it was connected to the 40 man...but I still wouldn't know how to complete the set.

Same here, George Brett for the Royals disappeared. I submitted a ticket a week ago.. no updates

Same. I was told to send them a receipt, what receipt? The server erased what I did, it doesn't show my purchases in the transaction screen, but of course, I still lost the stubs I spent. Ticket didn't do anything but make me more frustrated.

I completed almost all the collections but I can’t get Steve Finley or Rich Gossage because I don’t have Archie Bradley or Jim Palmer...they disappeared even though I finished their collections. Submitted a ticket over a month ago. No response

Did anybody get this figured out? My Hunter Strickland disappeared and I can't get Steve Finley now.

Sweet sounds like I'm screwed. Pulled Trout last night and went to complete the AL West Collection and the Pineda is gone. Mariners collection shows as finished but no sign of Pineda. Really wanted that Rickey Henderson too.

I could have sworn there was a specific dropdown for missing stubs/inventory when I submitted last night but I don't see it now.
EDIT: It's there it just doesn't show up until you complete more of the form.
