So he’s already guilty? Last I checked this works when it’s innocent “UNTIL” proven guilty. He posted and said he wants to speak on his behalf before he’s thrown to the wolves. The guy deserves that much.

mlb was provided with enough evidence that led them to banning him. theres no legal action at play currently.

Well I couldn't hit with him anyway. And Torres absolutely rakes at 2B, probably even after his recent demotion. Like I have Acuna, Bellinger, Soto, Freeman, Stanton, McMahon, etc and Torres has the most HRs for me and probably 2nd in OPS next to Belli.

I think you're being intentionally obtuse.

Please correct me here if I have this wrong but: You're trying equate the validity of a tweet about your dong to the validity of an accusation which was investigated by a third party legal firm?

As a note, you might be wondering why it was a law firm. It's because the MLB wanted outside legal advice about what they should do. Clearly the law firm found that if Alomar sued in retaliation, there would be enough evidence to at least demonstrate the allegations had merit.
