MLB put him on the banned list with Pete Rose and Shoeless Joe Jackson amongst others. He can apply for reinstatement in the future, but he’s basically done, and the only question now is if they pull the card from the game.

I think public perception is more important than facts in today’s world! If he’s not guilty of a crime, then he shouldn’t be removed from the game or put on the ineligible list. Time will tell.

Listen man, you sound really offended over me just explaining something to you. you stated you need to see evidence yourself in order to believe it happened. Im only trying to explain to that thats not how the world works. the people whos job it is to make the decision has seen enough evidence to make a good business decision. If you needed to see evidence yourself for every single thing then you'd be spending a lot of your time questioning everything and doing massive amounts of experiments. Whether you believe something happened or not is irrelevant anyway. He's been banned from baseball, you wont see him in the show again. its that simple
