yates more than likley will not start as a diamond and not play and then get downgraded. same with chris sale until he starts playing again

Go look at the guys who are already priced as if they’re in the next tier. That will give you a good indication. Some of the prices are silly right now. If you think you’re investing buying Trea Turner at 8k stubs, he won’t even go for that after he goes Diamond.

Typically guys won’t downgrade while injured. Very rare for SDS to do that. Thus Yates and Sale are safe. I also wonder if they’ll downgrade any diamonds to gold in their first update. Probably will take some time for that.

I never understood that part of the market lmao people will have buy orders for a prospective diamonds at 8-9k then when the card goes Diamond it sells for around quicksell price anyways

Trea might not because the nationals already have a couple diamonds. But buxton I predict will be anywhere from 15 to 25k.

Just thought of something too: I assume he will get a hitting upgrade. But is there a way to actual use him in the OF? I don’t think so. That would be nice. I thought they were considering that with the emphasis on two-way players this year.

No your wrong. Someone who guys diamond on a team with one or two diamonds already, your right. But Buxton will be anywhere from 15 to 25k. Because: It’s early and there’s still only so many, Twins don’t have a diamond, Buxton is rare because of his speed/fielding(then he gets some hitting) and he’s a favorite for many. If your going to get in on any of the roster updates and try to make a huge amount, it’s the first and maybe the second update of the year. As time goes on, yeah they went be worth much above quick sell value because more cards will be out there and people catch on to stocking up.

I responded to a post about Trea Turner who's selling for 8k and won't be the only diamond on that team. He will not sell for much over 5k, don't really understand why you're saying I'm wrong lol

Lol right, I’ll probably be one of them. Yadi should be a lock because he only needs plus 1. BUT I hold back on people who get injured. I got screwed a couple years ago because Story was on fire then got hurt mid season. I feel like they would’ve bumped him but they never did until later in the year when he was playing again. Buxton had me nervous this week though lol and they were off yesterday.
