Apparently Hall of Famer Cal Ripken jr can not throw out Aristides Aquino on a routine ground ball to short. I guess Cal is getting a little old and needed to make sure he didn’t put his back out throwing with too much urgency.

There are definitely animations that need polishing and fielding is really the only thing I’ve felt that needs improvement so far

I thought they said they were making fielders have more urgency this year. Its slightly better, but they sure can take their time getting the ball in from the OF, or picking an getting rid of it in the IF.

I’m definitely enjoying the game, but yeah, there are times when you just have to laugh.

They definitely either lied about fielding this year. Or are so incompetent that they think they fixed the bad animations. The terrible animations are bad enough, but when routine grounders are "Ole'd" and ruled hits. Something ain't right.

Fielders needing more urgency is still absolutely an issue.
I’m cool with the animations when they have time, but there are times they need to speed up too. I wonder if they can program both?
