Roster Vault Still Not Loading PS4

I just downloaded the new update on my PS4 and still cannot load rosters from the roster vault to start franchise or even look at roster control in the homepage. I thought the update was supposed to fix the loading issue. Are others on the PS4 still having that issue? I'm wondering if the issue is still not resolved or only fixed for Next Gen consoles. Thanks
