Are the hidden rewards in the conquest maps there every time you repeat a map or do they go away after you complete the map?

Hidden rewards are a one time thing. Once you get them they do not repopulate. Only the USA map has the repeatable 10 pack reward.

Only when you complete it the first time. If the Map says repeatable it is only for the Final reward for Example if you do the US Nation Map over and over again you only get the 10 pack after you you take over the whole map and strongholds

The division rewards are also repeatable on the USA map. Some solid stubbs to be had there

If you enjoy conquest, I do suggest grinding the US map for all the prospect packs. Keep all 30, you will be very thankful in July or early August.

Just to be clear, do you get the 15 TA points if you repeat the West map for example or no?

No.missions are one time only unless it says repeatable.
