Can't play League games Cross Platform

Anyone have this issue with not getting game challenges in their league with cross platform players? Is it not working now? I'm stuck on locked ready up. It's not fair at all to me that I can't play. Please someone get this across to San Diego Please. I can't play any games in my league online.
