There is a problem with your game you did not disclose to your consumers. They have

to buy a monitor to be competitive.
That is false advertisement. You should be sued

Game only does 60FPS though so 60Hz TV is fine.

If you have any modern TV with game mode that is absolutely not true.

Nothing you just stated is false advertising, your entire statement shows nothing to back up that claim, but go ahead and sue and have a court of law laugh at you.
