I'm trying to understand this way of hitting. If a ball is thrown high, do you joystick up? If a ball is thrown down do you joystick down?
If its thrown high and you aim high isn't it a pop up? If its thrown down and you aim down isn't it a grounder?
I remember a thread a couple years ago someone was saying, if the ball is thrown high you aim down and vice versa.
Someone explain how this works please. I'm just curious and trying to understand how people use this form of hitting.

Ive read a couple years ago on reddit up and in means power ++ to the cost ot contact.
Down means contact ++ to the cost of power.
Down and away should mean the highest contact possible...
