For Collin and Victor: Not Getting "Double XP"

@Collin_SDS_PSN and @Victor_SDS_PSN , can something be done about all the XP issues people are having?
A lot of people on here on both platforms are reporting that they are not earning the amount of XP that the game says they're earning. They've ran the numbers and it checks out—they are not earning the XP that the game claims they earn. Some are reporting random XP amounts, others are reporting only earning a half or a third of the XP. Many players are frustrated and feel swindled by the XP issue.
I haven't run the numbers to see if this is affecting me either, but after earning around 2,000 to 3,000 XP each game (that's what the game tells me, anyway) I don't seem to be progressing in level very quickly at all.
Fellow players, please report your XP woes in this thread so that it can be brought to SDS's attention.
Can this please be addressed as soon as possible? Thank you.

By my calculations, today, I played 9 games, earned 35,748 XP according to the game but only 21,470 approximately was awarded for real in my 1st Inning Progression. That is about 60% of the total XP I earned that is being credited. It varies by game too. Sometimes I get 80% of the reported XP, sometimes I get 50% of the reported XP. My usual amount though is about 33% on average.

Yep my exp has never been doubled. It is on the post game screen but the double doesn’t add up on the program exp screen. I even thought hmm maybe with the server problems it’s just delayed like the stubs on cancelled orders. Nope checked back to back games never added up!

Yeah, I’d rather email support instead of posting it on a forum that’s not really the venue for this. At least in an email they’ll have gamer IDs and will be able to work directly. Expecting Victor/Colin to follow up on a [censored] ton of random posts is not very productive. If you need it, here’s support email:

The best way to make it right is to get fixed and then give everyone the max XP for the 1st inning. I feel that would be a worthy compensation because many people have lost close to that much, as well as the server issues not allowing people to play at all.

They are well aware of the situation...but they have not answered. They need to address the XP issues and all if the lost showdowns due to server errors.

I wouldn't go that far, but doubling the amount of XP you have would be a more measured solution. Some people would get nothing added due to having finished the 1st Inning Program but those lucky few probably a) were not affected by this issue, b) were lucky to get the level bug per game, c) really grinded their butts off or d) some or all of the above.
In the past, they have gifted packs and the like as compensation. Maybe they changed the new 1st Inning Program missions and conquest map due out today with extra XP to compensate.
I just hope they do the right thing.

They are fully aware, I’ve been emailing back and forth with them since Friday, I’m 100% positive that support knows about the issue. Don’t expect compensation just by posting on a forum, there’s support for a reason.

Oh I’ve emailed as well. I only post here because I’d like a brief acknowledgement if nothing else. If there were a sticky page with known issues it would be a great help and would alleviate some of the complaint traffic I think.

when i check my account level via web browser it tells me iam level 31 but ingame it tells me iam level 16 ...

I have not received any double XP no have I received any doubles in RTTS (Manager focus x2 break ect...)

Yep, I seem to be earning less than half of what it says I've earned post game/moment.
And last night I was thinking that it was taking awful long to level up 15,000 when I was earning 3 to 5K per conquest game.

I was at about 115k. Beat the Eric Davis program by beating the Orioles on allstar and in that game I earned 7,633 xp. Instead of then being at 157,633 I was at a little over 141k. I stopped even keeping track since.

Nah, this is truly “every game” broken. I just played a half inning test. Started at 154,045. Half inning of hitting, earned 675. Went to look at my total....154,280.
Who wants to be submitting ticket after ticket? Not me.

The developers are active in the forums, so they might. It feels more reliable that bombarding them with reports.

Uninstalling and reinstalling seems to actually work. XP appears to be calculating correctly since I did that early this morning. RIP to the tens of thousands that I didn’t collect.

I’ve lost count of the amount of “double xp” I’ve lost. Just hoping to at least unlock a boss at this point

It's clear at this point that they either don't care or don't know how to fix it. The BARE MINIMUM is to say "we're aware of this and are looking into it." Their refusal to do that speaks volumes.
