DEVS PLEASE HELP = Linking Issue STILL not fixed for me

@Victor_SDS_PSN - I am seeing everyone commenting that the issue has been fixed for them - but my stuff is still ALL GONE!!!!
When I open up DD it shows me my "new DD team" all base. My preorder content and the team I've built is gone. When logging into the site, there is no option to link and no option to log into my MLBTS account, and yesterday, my team still showed up on my MLBTS account, and now it's gone...
I just want to play with the team I've built... please PLEASE HELP!!!!

I’m still wiped too, and now all my history is gone as well (on The Show account), also my ticket from LAST TUESDAY is still unanswered. Getting VERY frustrated.

I'm the same boat as you guys. SDS has stolen our money, time, and our positive experience with a game we all love. Even worse they are not acknowledging our cries for help. This is worse than EA, and I always defended SDS to EA loyalists. Thanks SDS.

I have the physical copy of the JR edition, so I can’t even return it or ask for a refund. Guess I’ll keep resubmitting tickets.

Where are you seeing this message? I don't see any banner for maintenance or anything.

Hmm im a little worries now. I am trying to see my team on the website here and nothings showing up. Everything was synced before the maintenance today.
Update: its synced now...real weird

It’s gone now but for about an hour or so there was a message that said linking was unavailable due to maintenance.

Victor replied a short time ago to me in the announcement thread from this morning. By the sounds of it, they are still working on it. I provided screenshots and some in depth info on what we’re all experiencing. Let’s hope for an update today or tomorrow.

This: I worked hard to get a good start on the game. Put in a lot of efficient hours over the weekend. Got a little lucky in packs (Trout) and lost it all. Now sitting on my [censored] for a week, piddling on a second account with no preorder cards... way behind my peers. What can we do now??
