Challenge failed error

I’m not sure what’s going on but every time i try and start any type of online game this happens. My playstation has a messed up hard drive so things take a little longer to load. I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it? They need to get this fixed and not time the search out so fast. This is annoying.

I’ve tried to play an event game like 10-12 in a row same thing over and over. Game will not start. Do you know any fixes or what’s going on?

I do not. It just randomly works.
