Servers really as bad as people make it out to be?

Last night in to today it has been good.

Friday Saturday were a struggle.

We could be seeing some stability show up now so fingers crossed next 2 days

Tuesday with the new content will be a good test

I have hardwired PS5 with 90Mb/s download and 80Mb/s upload speed. I don't think you can say I have crappy internet, but I keep disconnecting from everything in game... Showdowns, events, conquests, sometimes even moments... The game is unplayable for me since last Friday and it's not getting better at all

Honestly, I personally don't have too much problem with the servers. Yeah there's been a couple of times where I think nobody could log in and a few times where I couldn't play the game, but I understand some bumps because a new game on a new platform.(and also sometimes the market has been pretty slow, but it still works) I see people out here complaining like they can't even open the game. To be clear, I'm not disputing your claims, I'm just saying that I haven't had as much trouble with the game in terms of servers and wonder actually how bad it is. If you were to log in right now would you be able to get it, and will it work normally?

When the game crashes after every single mission/game mode played that is an issue. If you haven't experienced many issues it is because you have barely played the game.

And you can't base the legitimacy of people's complaints on how things are at this minute. It is how unplayable the game has been since official launch.

Yesterday was the worst it's been for me. couldn't stay connected for more than ten minutes at a time.

Been playing for hours today and only had the unhandled server error once. Hopefully that's the end of it.

I'm guessing probably something with the strength of some people's internet connection. If you've got terrible internet, and you don't use an LAN cable(used to be me in 14, 15, 16 & 17), then it probably was impossible, but with an LAN and good internet, I had some connection issues, but I would just re-enter DD a few times before it let me back in and then I would have no problem.

I have had hard wired fiber and have had issues consistently. The last few days have been better but I still have had games including a showdown win lost due to it.

A server error is not on someone’s internet. Stop shifting blame fanboy.

yup. been smooth. now if they can fix the issue with double xp not counting for all of us we are back in business SDS.

Yes but if you have better internet, you will have a better connection to their servers. That's common sense. It doesn't matter if the servers suck or not, better internet will help you connect and maintain connection with their servers.
Congrats on having hard wired fiber! didn't know I could mainline fiber so my bowel movement could be better. I might try it sometime.

Ehm, so you are really saying, if some company's server will crash, better internet will save me and I will be able to connect to crashed server?
I don't have IT degree, but this sounds really stupid to me

Still getting tons of server errors as of yesterday morning. Costing me a showdown win.
