Is anyone else not receiving the 1st Inning Rewards? (And has SDS returned lost items yet for anyone?

Hey everyone. What a rough launch. I was lucky until the 220k reward (BIAH pack) and I did not receive it. I have failed to receive the next two rewards (Gold Ballplayer Choice Pack & Tatis Bat).

I submitted tickets to SDS, but the wait is 5+ days. Has anyone else had issues with the reward path and has anyone had items restored?

Nope and nope. Beat a first inning showdown and didn't get my 35k xp. Turned game off

happen to me twice then 2-3 days later it was like Christmas and 1 minutes later it was like An unhandled server exception occurred ... YaY !!!!!
