Cubs Contreras had been good for me at C. Have him at T2 with parallel. Almost Tier 3.Have you tried Piazza in MLB21 yet? First game on HOF he went 4 for 5 with 2 homers for me.
Yeah.. Showdowns and BR runs.. probably got like 2 hits TOTAL with him thru the whole ordeal lol
He's doing well for me. Overall I would say that this 1st Inning Program is way better than the MLB20 1st Inning Program.
I forget what last years was ..
I'm sure a Pudge will come along sooner or later and that'll be my catcher..
Or if I do the Yankees collection and get Posada.. lolThere will be a Jimmie Foxx eventually and that's my end game catcher unless we have a surprise like Carlton Fisk or Yogi Berra.

No, once the inning is over it will be locked apparently (including any conquest maps/showdown involved)

The only reason I am considering Lofton is because of the parallels, of the first inning bosses he's the only one i can see making it to end game as a bench bat/pinch runner IMO.

I did notice they put an expiration date on the showdown this year. Last year the showdown could be completed after the inning was over so there was no rush to do it. Same with Conquest maps I believe so those are 2 new changes.
Otherwise -- game earned xp will not apply to previous innings as per their usual set up.
I'm assuming the moments and collections can still be done after the fact. I still need further confirmation on the MP missions (Online wins, etc) -- last year they stacked so if you didnt do any online wins for a few innings you could get 10 and get credit for all 3 innings at once.

Play one or two conquest games and you're there, 20 minutes tops. One if you hit really well

Like 210k but I’ve only played offline casually. Been doing collections and online. Now that collections are done and online has pissed me off I’ll focus more on this. Haven’t done the showdown, doing the moments now. Didnt do Eric Davis. Still got most of the conquest map. Hoping double xp works but I’ll get high enough either way.

Good look, I missed this press release.
Yeah looks like they definitely changed it then. Assuming they figured the all xp combined track would make it easier for people to do things. I'm not opposed but it puts more pressure to buy old bosses if you want that collection xp (it was nice to be able to go back and get a lil bump later)
