When you look at your ballplayer's card during a game do the boosts above the plus sign mean they've already been calculated in the actual rating or is it the rating plus the boosts above the plus sign? For instance my power vs r is at 82 but there's a 17 above the plus sign so is my pow r in this game 82 or 99? And if it's 99 why doesn't it say that while they show my hitting stats when I'm at the plate?
