It is obvious SDS has no intent on fixing or even acknowledging the issue so I think it’s time we take action.
Your case is going to be heard in 2-3 years, there is an agreement you signed when you bought the game and your stuff will be back soon.

I am not sure you can even sue them. When you signed the TOS agreement there is stuff in there about arbitration.

nowhere in the TOS does it say anything about getting robbed of all your money that you put into the game when you link accounts that they encourage... some guys are out 500 dollars due to this. and as far as a fix goes, they havent said a [censored] word about it.

Ive been a "The Show" player for quite awhile but this is the first time I've been on here. When there are crazy amounts of BS like this, do they really give back some of the things we lose due to server issues?

this isnt a server issue... the issue is when we linked accounts we lost all progress and items attached to our accounts and there is no way to unlink.. even in game, when we unlink nothing happens.. and the site still says linked.. since day one its been this way.

its something with their site.. our accounts are linked together outside of the MLB account they say is the only way to link and unlink.... my ps and xbox accounts are connected but the MLB one isnt. and therefore, theres no button to unlink the second platform.. look up the forum about it. its affecting a ton of people. 9 days now

Yes, I know, but it’s still related to their server issues. Their first goal is to make sure things work as designed: stability, xp progress. After that they’ll work on giving back xp/stubs/progress/rewards to those affected. Account linking will either be in that step or just after that. You fix one thing at a time to isolate a problem so to not cause more.

Imagine being so upset over a video game that you pay $100 for a deluxe edition that your gonna play hundreds of hours on that constantly updates and releases new content for free and is known as the best ultimate team because of how you can spend 0 extra dollars on it and still get the best cards in the game. I love hearing everyone cry about spending 80-100 bucks on a game where in reality it works out to where they are gonna pay less than a $1 per hour of entertainment, please tell me where else you get that value in? I’m fine with issues with the server because I know they’ll fix it, because they always do. People who spent extra money on stubs and lost them will get their stubs back and more than likely sds will give out free stubs and packs to make up for it. I know it’s frustrating but a class action lawsuit is just petty cry babying

I have the over/ under at 10,000 for the number of lawyers that tell you 10 days isnt enough for them to try and fix it.

maybe its just a ploy to get SDS attention and give us ANY kind of info on the matter... even if its just, hey we know you guys are [censored] right now but we are working on it .... zero acknowledgement is the main problem here.. none of us know if it is on the list to be fixed... imagine playing 40 hours, buying 200 in stubs, grinding for another 300k, unlocking trout AND degrom then poof. all gone . no sign of it anywhere. 9 days and no response...

It has to be a ploy for attention. Nobody in their right mind would think a class action lawsuit would ever even get heard for this.

theres been thousands of tickets sent in over this and the only response any of us get is instructions how to link and unlink... they dont understand that theres literally no way for us to unlink.
