Server Stability 4/21/21 - UPDATE

this game currently blow with all the issue that they are experiencing. I am constantly having to restart because of unhandled network errors, i have 1.5 Gbps fiber connection, its not like they are new at this game, wth is going on with there servers

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, no disputing that.
But to expect them to comment on every single post is just asinine!! Now could they give a better answer then just a canned response yes.
I'm assuming RTTS is having problems cause it's tied into your DD player also and since the servers are overloaded it's malfunctioning!!
For people to say they should of prepared for this, how could they? Yes they knew it was coming to Xbox, but they didn't know it would be on gamepass (18 million) subscribers till what days or maybe a week before release!! For arguments sake let's just say 1/3 of that is interested in playing 21 that's 6 million more customers!! Now being productive how could any company with a deadline live up to the consumer demand?
Just look at your job and ask if we had 1 week to meet the demands of 6 million people and we had to do it because we have a contract, truthfully how do you think it would turn out?
For the record yes I'm disappointed with what's going on also, but I also expected this because of the late info of it being on gamepass!!Shut up,
so if you make a prepaid reservation for dinner, you show up but 2 busses show up just before you and they tell you it will be a 2 hour wait oh let's add that when you do get to order they are out of half the menu. Sorry they were not expecting 2 busses of people.....You would still be frustrated.
I do get it is not SDS fault about gamepass, however Its not those who paid for the games fault either. Almost every other job industry has a backup plan for the unforeseen and maybe they did and the surge was too big. Just put out a release and let everyone know whats going on.

Yep, except with the show I don’t have another baseball choice really so I’m stuck.
As the better analogy would be I went to McDonald’s, paid for my food, then had to wait 5 hours.

How do you give double XP for the weekend and then make the game unplayable for the entire weekend?

This now is at is worse of all week. I can't even go to look at my 1st inning progress and try to return to the previous menu without getting kicked off. This has happened four times in the last 15 minutes.

Yea unfortunately the issues just made me give up early this morning. No sense playing when I’m so freaking scared nothing with save/count. So I went on 2k and Apex for a lil and did some yard work. Don’t even know if I’ll try again later. Just sad

I just don’t understand how SDS/Sony KNEW so long ago this game was going to Xbox and Game Pass and it seems like they didn’t do a THING to fix the servers. I feel like a fool for buying the $100 edition

I have an issue with my Jackie Robinson Deluxe Edition mlb the show 21 for xbox video game my game won't install and it won't boot up it won't update whatever game update you did it caused my disk to not work anymore I paid $100.00 at gamestop for this I'm getting frustrated can anyone at San Diego studios tech support fix this I already spoke to gamestop and Microsoft about this problem but they won't help now I turn to you

Double XP weekend = Double XP failure. Game is unplayable online. Even changing menu options results in me getting booted from Diamond Dynasty. Only available game play is single player. So disappointed SDS

At the top right of this webpage your on right now you will see a question mark inside a circle. Click it. Then click on The Show 21 and scroll down. You will see where it says report. Good luck
Oh and from experience be nice in the report or they won’t help at all

Just beat 1st inning showdown boss and then I exit and it says server issues I log back on and it gives me the loss instead of my win and 35,000 xp and 1,000 stubs due to server counts as a loss which is [censored]! Can I please have my stubs and xp towards first inning I shouldn’t have to redo showdown

How do you even put in a ticket? In that case, we should all be overloading them with tickets.
Why? So you can slow them down looking over all the tickets, when they already know what needs to be done. They'll get it worked out.
