The game isn't broken. PlayStation support said so when I requested a refund because I find the game unplayable.

Sounds about right. They initially turned down my request for cyberpunk since it was downloaded but not played. I even tried to explain the developer even said to request a refund and was hung up on.
Three days later I had an email about it being refunded only because the media was all over the games release state.
