Switching primary position?

Just finished my 2nd season with the Tigers. Got the call up in early August. My day job is LF. My hobby is SP. Anyway to change that?
I crushed AAA pitching, but, had a much harder time in the Majors. Finished with 1 HR, 12 RBI and a .268 average in about 60 games. Very average at best. I got 3 starts in that time. The first one was rocky...got the win, but, gave up 4 runs in 5 innings. In the last two, I had 15 IP, 1-0, 19 K, 1.23 ERA. Is there any way to join the Rotation? The 4 and 5 pitchers on the Tigers surely aren't All Stars. -
Your agent will check in from time to time. Tell you are not happy and you may get the option to say you want to pitch only. Going from 2 Way to single position seems to be agent. Going from single position to 2 Way seems to be handled by the manager. I decided to play catcher only at the very start of my current RTTS save, only pitched the one game it seems you can’t avoid. But in 3 seasons now the manager keeps telling me I can pitch too and I keep saying no. At least 10+ times. It’s annoying as I don’t like having SP as secondary. As leader in batting average on my team I would love to DH or something when I get rests from catching.
It’s definitely a flawed system. But it’s year one of it getting put in so let’s see if they improve it or ignore all the feedback.

Thanks!! I kind of forgot about that. In AA, I actually did switch from 2-way to LF and then back. Something happened between Oct22 and Apr23. After the 1st series of the season, I'm hitting over .500 and 3rd in the league in Slugging %age, with a HR and 5 RBI. Must've had my virtual Wheaties over the winter.....or it was just the Cubs pitching.
