Server Stability 4/21/21 - UPDATE

Amazing how silent SDS has been about this. Thanks for offering a double XP weekend for a game we can’t even play.

Working on the final game of the New Topps Now Moment, and I am sure you all know what happens? I really have had enough of this horse stuff. Well, I guess it is the weekend and no one is at the office to man every 10-minute server crash. I have said it a hundred times here, just communicate with us. It would make all this better if we are explained what is going on. Give us some guidance on what we should do and what to expect for however much time it will take to fix this. I am not a big gamer outside of this game but I sure a big title game has never had this much issue with their servers before.

I understand the server issues that's causing problems from doing next/old gen plus the millions that got added just from gamepass!!
But these canned responses is what has people pissed off, myself included!! I know from a business standpoint they can't tell us everything, but a little more communication would go a long way in alot people minds!! Just my 2 cents!! -
I try to be a patient person, but man! I play DD pretty heavily since Show 17. This is even worse than then. I've had server error probably about 200 plus times. If not more. It just doesn't seem like the game was ready to roll out. Frustrating.

Cannot even get into the game and I have tried several times today. Pure incompetence by the SDS staff as they should have been prepared for this and as we all can see they were not.

How am I supposed to complete anything while the servers are the way they are? I've just tried six times to play the first inning conquest map, and had unhandled server errors each time.

I was planning not to buy the show, and I ended up doing it cause I'm living in the boonies this summer.
I regret this decision.

SDS = DOES NOT CARE
You do not care about your customers only how much you can milk them for buying stubs cause if you did you would have had this fixed already or backup plan JUST in case this happened. Either your greedy like i stated before OR incompetent cause you had to have known this was going to jam up the servers.
I should have saw this coming you partnered with Gamestop ONE of the worst companies in the world at treating there employees and the customers. You heard the old saying laying down with Dogs you get fleas .... well partner with bad company and well just shows where your values are.
Another one bites the Dust -- in the past year ish we have seen 3 companies who we had faith in go down in the gutter -- 1st it was Last of Us / Naughty Dog ....... Then it was Cyberpunk and that company and now it's starting to look like SDS but still time for you ( maybe ). -- Very Sad

You'd think we were playing a different game. I had a few problems sure, but I still made 36000 xp doing moments and conquest, and grabbed Lofton.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, no disputing that.
But to expect them to comment on every single post is just asinine!! Now could they give a better answer then just a canned response yes.
I'm assuming RTTS is having problems cause it's tied into your DD player also and since the servers are overloaded it's malfunctioning!!
For people to say they should of prepared for this, how could they? Yes they knew it was coming to Xbox, but they didn't know it would be on gamepass (18 million) subscribers till what days or maybe a week before release!! For arguments sake let's just say 1/3 of that is interested in playing 21 that's 6 million more customers!! Now being productive how could any company with a deadline live up to the consumer demand?
Just look at your job and ask if we had 1 week to meet the demands of 6 million people and we had to do it because we have a contract, truthfully how do you think it would turn out?
For the record yes I'm disappointed with what's going on also, but I also expected this because of the late info of it being on gamepass!! -
