Granderson program not getting stars

I have done 3 xbh with yankees two online games in a row. One the guy quit and the second one I hit walk of homer. I did not receive the stars either time. I did get the 10 stars for 10 hits with center fielders. Does anybody know what’s going on with that?

Check in on my thread where I was hoping to get a bunch of people with these issue to post so that it would hopefully get more attention than the 10-20 threads we see every day on the issue.
