Lol this is exactly how I feel. Woke up at 6am and saw that server maintenance was happening at 7am. I was like okay not bad. Come back at 8am and still can’t get in. Like come on!

I agree the silence is the worst. Yesterday had a three hour maintenance and no updates at all during that time? Like “looks like it will be another hour”... but nothing

Aren't there companies who sole purpose is to check server reliability..just a suggestion...I love this game...when I can play it...I traded weekend shifts so I could play this weekend..now I kinda wish I just went to work...

Regardless of how good or bad the news is, SDS remaining silent just makes it worse. I love those guys but this is their company policy every year at release when things are going bad. They don’t talk until it’s fixed. It’s a bad philosophy. The 2 games I looked forward to the most this year, MLB and Outriders, have both had terrible server situations on release. The difference has been that the Outriders people have discussed the problems with the community from the beginning and have promised fixes and makerights for the player base. SDS just needs to acknowledge the server problems and now they don’t even acknowledge that the Double XP doesn’t even work. Love the game every year, but I despise the silence on top of the problems. If I ran my business like that, I wouldn’t still have my business. SDS should do better than 2K with PR but they kinda just both aren’t good at it.
This is my sole issue right now. It's the complete radio silence about what is happening, and how they plan to fix it. Even if it were daily we are working on it messages on the board would be better than nothing. Additionally, I'm still waiting to hear from them about my 10 vouchers for completing showdowns. Well at least I finished sone sets and the 1st inning showdown when U was able to play yesterday.

You’re 100 percent right. Outriders communicated hourly on social media to let players know about server issues. There’s really no reason in today’s day and age not to communicate with your customers.

SDS is terrible. I know you guys read these messages on here, you straight up suck. A little communication with your customers would go a long way but you leave us in the dark and that sucks. Can’t blame us for being so pissed off at you, you did us dirty this year

They acknowledged the RTTS issues but have yet to acknowledge the progression and server issues which is WAY more important. It's a bit worrying.
I can play different modes until RTTS is patched, but the lack of progress saving and constant server disconnects makes me not want to play at all.
