Can't actually load Rosters downloaded from Vault

What is going on with this and why has this not been fixed yet? There are so many people on OperationSports forums that believe that the developers have basically abandoned them and left them out in the dark on this issue.
I think after a full week of the game being out, players are owed an actual response from a member of the development team. This essentially breaks the game for a ton of people who don't bother with Diamond Dynasty.

This is frustrating, man. I'm glad I also play DD because if I was strictly a Franchise player, I would be irate.

Very frustrating. I don't play DD at all, not even tried to open it. All I need is a decent roster (Live or vault) and some season or franchise realistic baseball.
Live roster are live as for two weeks ago. Worst roster updating I`ve seen since NBA live deceased.
And the vault is unfortunately useless now. -
Yeah, this is just really bad business. I don’t know what happened to this team, but it’s like they just don’t care anymore.
Such a shame. I always had high praise for this studio, but it’s like they’ve gone out of their way to erode it this year.
