How are new logos popping up in the vault if you cant upload your own images?

People have said that you cant upload your own image to use for a logo (fvckin stupid). So how are new logos popping up all day long? Example just now I see a Florida Gators logo, a WWE logo, a Ohio State Buckeyes logo. Like legit the official logos.....

The Gators' logos aren't really that tough. A little patience and practice and you will be capable of making your own.
It is a labor of love in many cases. I find it kinda fun.
