How long does the planned maintenance usually last?

I’m eager to play, but this is an ongoing issue.
I’d at least like a time frame. -
Yesterday was like 90 minutes but who knows

I recall being back on roughly 1hr 45minutes after. I would suggest 2 hours and take a break, clean up, eat, visit family and friends... lol

This one's ridiculous. I get the feature updates/etc but not just flat out being so buggy you're down daily at launch. Oh well. I clearly need more important things to do. lol

Clearly they.took the servers apart and don't know how to rebuild... sad thing is... a simple message from them would go a long way but they choose to Bury their heads In the sand as usual.

Why are y’all complaining so much that it’s taking a while? Don’t you want them to actually take the time to figure out the issues, fix them properly so it doesn’t happen again? Y’all are on here crying like it’s life and death that the servers down and being fixed. Let them do their thing and fix it properly and stop crying. Yes we all paid to play, yes it’s not ideal, yes we are frustrated but god [censored] let them fix it!

That's what I was thinking. I'll only be upset if the servers come back and I STILL can't download customer rosters.

I don’t have a problem with fixing the servers, but maybe after 2 1/2 hours they should post an update.

Still down as of now. Hopefully that means they have identified the issue and are working on a hard fix instead of just a bandaid.

Trust. We all want to play. We all are frustrated this is happening and we all want them to fix the issue as fast as possible but not at the expense of them not fixing it 100% or properly. Let them do their thing and get it figured out so we can enjoy the game and not have this happen again.
